Operation ELF is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 federally tax-exempt organization. Any donations made for the children served by Operation ELF are tax-deductible. All funds collected as donations to Operation ELF go directly towards the purchase and distribution of gifts to the children we serve.
An All-Volunteer Organization
Operation ELF has always been, and is committed to remain, an all-volunteer organization. From our core team of organizers, to the donors and sponsors who support fulfilling the wishes of our agencies’ kids, to the dedicated volunteers who help in getting all the gifts collected, checked and bagged and loaded on trucks for delivery, every person is a volunteer doing it all from their love of families and children.
